Meet Mary De Rose

One of the managing partners of De Rose Lawyers, Mary De Rose plays an integral role in maintaining the integrity of the firm. As a seasoned lawyer in Toronto, Mary understands that while each case is different, the attention and focus on every claim remains the same. Her practice is characterized by a compassionate approach, meticulous attention to detail, and unwavering dedication to her clients. 

Mary’s renowned expertise in personal injury law includes handling auto collisions, negligence claims, disability insurance claims, dog bite claims, and more. She primarily helps victims who suffer from traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries. With many years of experience as an accident lawyer, Mary understands the complex nature of these cases and not only fights hard for her clients but provides the compassionate support they deserve. On her own time, Mary enjoys spending time with her boys attending their various soccer tournaments. Mary and her husband devote four evenings a week at the Vaughan Grove Soccer field, providing assistance and support to the Woodbridge Soccer Club. Her son plays for U15 I Model (CSL) Woodbridge Soccer Club. For three consecutive years she has proudly sponsored the U15 Woodbridge Soccer I Model CSL team.  

Mary prioritizes giving back to the community she attends community events as well as the strides for seniors in an effort to raise awareness for seniors. She volunteers at various elementary schools offering her support when needed.  In the past, Mary, her family and the firm have sponsored the Spinal Cord Injury Ontario (SCIO). Mary, her family, and the law firm have participated in the Spinal Cord Wheelchair Relay on many occasions. For two years in a row, the law firm was recognized for raising the most money for the event.
